The short version: a monthly plan fee, creator fees held in escrow until you approve, creators keep credit, and you get the usage rights on your plan.
POPVERSE matches brands with independent creators, manages the drop and delivers content. Creators are independent contractors, not POPVERSE employees.
Your plan is a monthly platform fee, plus GST: Starter at ₹3,999 for 1 drop a month of up to 10 creators, Growth at ₹12,999 for 3 drops of up to 10, Scale at ₹34,999 for 6 drops of up to 12, and Agency at ₹59,999 for 30 drops of up to 20. Plan invoices are issued on the 1st of each month and are due within 7 days. Creator fees are separate: each accepted quote is funded into POPVERSE escrow and a piece's price is released to its creator only when you approve it. Unused escrow is refunded.
Each piece includes one revision round, requested within 7 days of delivery. If a revised piece still misses the drop as written, we reassign it at no extra cost.
On approval you receive a licence to use the piece on organic and paid social, your website and marketplaces for the period on your plan: 6 months on Starter, 12 months on Growth and as agreed on Agency, unless the accepted quote says otherwise. TV, print and outdoor use need a separate licence.
Drops must follow ASCI guidelines. Creators disclose paid partnerships where required, and we do not accept drops for claims that cannot be substantiated.
